Strategy
To respond. A Generator's energy works best when it answers something life brings: a question, an offer, a task in front of them, something they notice. The Sacral gives a gut response, often a sound like "uh-huh" or "uhn-uh", before the mind has its say. Plans started from the head alone tend to stall.
Signature and not-self theme
Satisfaction is the good tiredness after a day spent on the right things. Frustration is a signal, not a failure. It often means energy is going into work the gut never said yes to, or that you are on a plateau before the next step up.
How decisions work
Most Generators have Sacral authority: a here-and-now gut yes or no. Generators with a defined Solar Plexus have emotional authority instead, and wait for their feelings to settle over time before a big yes. Simple yes or no questions from a friend can help the gut speak.
Common misunderstandings
- Waiting to respond is not sitting still. Life always offers something to respond to.
- Generators are not built to do everything. The energy renews only for what the gut says yes to.
- A frustrating plateau is normal. Generators often master things in steps.

Generators tend to do best when they use up their energy each day and go to bed tired. A day spent on work they dislike can leave them drained and restless at once. Movement, and a job or hobby that lights them up, make a big difference.
